Hold your muscles as high as you can and hold for 20 seconds after the tenth repetition. Three times, please.
To make your eyes open, firmly place three fingertips between each brow. As you attempt to crease your brows against your fingers, smile. Hold. After that, roll your eyes upward toward the top of your head while closing your eyes. Hold for 20 seconds while continuing to beam. Release, then do it three more times.
The most important thing when getting ready for your face yoga workout is to have clean hands and a clean face. If you are not wearing make-up, you don’t have to cleanse your face first.
