According To The State Government, This Programme Will Begin On October 2, 2020, And For The Next Five Years, About 17 Lakh Families Would Get Rs 830 Per Month. Families With An Annual Income Of Less Than Rs 2 Lakh From All Sources Would Get This Amount.

For 200-grade Schools Under The Pilot Project, 25 Lakh Rupees Would Be Given Each School For Foundation Upgrading. The Assam Government Would Provide Young Females In Sixth Through Twelfth Grade In Government And Government-aided Institutions With Free Sterile Napkins.
The Sarba Brihat Dbt Scheme Was Also Launched By The Assam Government On August 17; Beneficiary Selection Will Start When A Regional Advisory Committee Gets Going. The Plan Will Only Be Given To Women In Order To Ensure That The Family Would Utilise It Properly.
The District-level Monitoring Committee Will Be In Charge Of Completing The Beneficiary List In Accordance With The Regulations. Under This Plan, The Village Council Development Committee, The Gaun Panchayat, Or An Urban Local Authority Shall Conduct The Preliminary Selection.
An Undertaking Cum Checklist Must Be Created By The Village Council Development Committee, The Gan Panchayat, And The Urban Local Authority In Accordance With The Qualifying Requirements. The Assam Orunodoi Plan Would Be Under The Control Of The Assam Government’s Finance Department. The Commissioner And The Secretary Of The Finance Department Will Oversee The Implementation Of The Plan. The State-level Nodal Agency For The Execution Of This Plan Would Be Assam’s Finance Department.
The District Level Execution Of This Plan Will Be Supervised By The Deputy Commissioner. The Administration Will Also Establish A District-level Monitoring Body At The Local Level. The Government Would Employ Orunodoi Sahayak At A Set Salary Of Rs. 15000 Per Month In All The Legislative Assembly To Ensure The Execution Of This Plan At The District Level And To Help The Applicant In Each District.
The Sahayak’s Appointment Is For Two Months. The Orunodoi Sahayak’s Eligibility Will Be Determined By The District-level Monitoring Committee. The District-level Monitoring Committee, Which Is Chaired By Dc, Shall Designate The Orunodoi Shayak After Review Of The Application.
