“Medical College” Means Any Institution, By Whatever Name Called Offering A Course After 12 Years Of Study To Be Undertaken By The Students To Be Awarded A Recognized M.b.b.s. Qualification By A University.

The Policies And Procedures Of That University Register The College As Being Eligible To Implement These Study Programs And Prepare Students Registered For These Programs For Examinations Leading To The Awarding Of Recognized M.b.b.s./p.g. Degree/diploma Qualifications.

Any Act, Whether Verbal Or In Writing, That Has The Effect Of Intimidating, Taunting, Treating, Or Handling Rudely Any Other Student; Engaging In Unruly Or Disorderly Behavior That Causes Or Is Likely To Cause Annoyance, Hardship, Or Psychological Harm;

Or Inciting Fear Or Apprehension Thereof In A Freshmen Or Junior Student; Or Requiring The Students To Perform An Act Or Something That They Would Not Normally Perform And That Has The Effect Of Making Them Feel Ashamed Or Embarrassed, Which Could Negatively Impact Their Physical Or Mental Health.

Any Act, Whether Verbal Or Written, That Has The Effect Of Intimidating, Taunting, Treating, Or Handling Rudely Any Other Student; Or Create Unruly And Disorderly Behavior Which Causes Or Is Likely To Cause Annoyance, Hardship, Or Psychological Harm Or Incite Fear Or Apprehension Thereof To Any Freshmen Or Junior Student;

Or Require The Students To Perform An Act Or Something Which They Would Not Like To Perform And That Has The Effect Of Making Them Ashamed Or Embarrassed Which May Affect Their Physical Or Mental Health.

The Act Shall Include But Shall Not Limited To Any Act On The Part Of A Senior Student That Causes Harassment, Interference With, Or Disturbs The Freshers Or Any Other Student From The Usual Academic Activity;

Exploitation Of Services Of A Fresher Or Any Other Student, For Completing Their Academic Tasks Individually Or In Groups, Demanding And Forcing Fresher Or Any Other Student To Do The Choices Decided By Them, Extortion Of Money Personally Or Forcing Fresher Or Any Other Student, Causing Bodily Harm Or Any Other Danger To Health Or Person;

Physical Abuse, Including All Variants Of Sexual Abuse, Homosexual Assaults, Stripping, Forcing Obscene And Lewd Acts, Gestures, Causing Bodily Harm Or Any Other Danger To Health Or Person Any Act Or Abuse By Spoken Words, Emails, Posts, Public Insults, Which Also Include ‘derived Perverted Pleasure Or Vicarious Or Sadistic Thrill From Activity Or Passively Participate In The Discomfiture To Fresher Or Any Other Students; Any Act That Affects The Freshers Or Any Other Student With

Any Physical Or Mental Act Of Oppression, Bullying And Exclusion, Against A Fellow Student, Independent Of Background, On The Basis Of Race, Religion, Caste, Ethnicity, Gender Identity Including Transgender, Sexual Orientation, Appearance, Nationality, Place Of Birth, Place Of Residence Or Economic Status, With The Purpose Of Causing Any Harm To Another Student.
